Ingredients:

1 kilo of fillets Fish 
4 chopped Tomatoes
1 sliced Lemon
 2 sliced carrots 
2 diced Potatoes
1 finely sliced Onions
 a quarter cup of Vegetable oil
 half a cup (chopped) of Green coriander
a quarter cup of Lemon juice 
a large spoon of Olive oil 
A large spoon of Paprika
5 cloves (crushed) of Garlic
 a large spoon of Cumin
 half tsp of Red pepper
a teaspoon of Ginger

 How to prepare:

1. Mix cilantro and vegetable oil with garlic, paprika, cumin, red pepper, lemon juice and divide the mixture in two dishes.

2. Soak the fish mixture into the dish for at least two hours in the refrigerator.

3. Keep olive oil in an oven dish and distribute carrot, potato, ginger, onion, tomatoes, marinated with salt .

4. Keep marinated fish pieces and pour the remaining marinade over the amount of the mixture with cream.

5. distribute slices of lemon , cover with tin foil and enters the oven on low heat for 45 minutes or until vegetables cooked .
