Ingredients
Pasta: fettuccine pasta
Chicken breast: 6 breast pieces
Butter: 2 tablespoons (Alfredo sauce)
Oil: 2 tablespoons (Alfredo sauce)
Cooking cream: a cup (Alfredo sauce)
Milk: 2 cups (Alfredo sauce)
Starch: a large spoon (Alfredo sauce)
Sweet Corn: can (with cream of Alfredo sauce)
Blue cheese: a teaspoon (Alfredo sauce)
Black Pepper: sprinkle (Alfredo sauce)
Rosemary: half a teaspoon (Alfredo sauce)
Chicken broth: 1 cubic (Alfredo sauce)
Parmesan cheese: 3 tablespoons (Alfredo sauce)
Nuts: a large spoon (walnuts, coarse chopped , for garnish)

Fettuccine & Alfredo sauce Italian recipe 

How to prepare
1. Boil fettuccine in a boiling water according to the instructions that came with the package. Then drain.
2. In another saucepan put the butter with the oil on the fire and add the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper on both sides and stir well to get a golden color, then placed the amount of half a cup of water on the chicken, cover the pot and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
3. Then, get the chicken pieces out and on the same saucepan, add cream , milk, starch and stir well until boiling and then add blue cheese and cream corn, pepper , chicken broth ,rosemary and Parmesan and put salt to taste.


4. Stir well until ingredients start to be homogeneous and leave for 7 minutes until the sauce becomes thick and then add the pasta and mix well, then pour on a dish and decorate with chopped walnuts and put the chicken pieces in the pasta. And serve hot.
